Diverse projects

Most of our projects are delivered by a team with members from all three consulting practices. One of the reasons our clients choose to use HCL AXON is that it we combine these three capabilities into a single team, methodology and change programme. This can create challenges, but is definitely the best way to deliver a successful outcome and ensure that all of the business, process, people and technical aspects of the programme are properly integrated.

HCL AXON assignments can involve 5 to 100 consultants so you can be the specialist within your field but also have the opportunity to learn from other experts. Around 70% of HCL AXON consultancy is delivered at the client's site, rather than at an HCL AXON office so our consultants can spend a great deal of time traveling - you could find yourself anywhere from the Caribbean to the East End of London. If for some reason travel presents an issue for you, you should certainly raise it before joining us.
