On May 12, 2010 SAP announced the acquisition of Sybase, Inc. as a strategic move to accelerate the reach of SAP solutions across mobile platforms, In parallel HCL AXON signed a partnership agreement with SYBASE to deliver SYBASE's Unwired Platform (SUP) to their customer base. HCL AXON is working in conjunction with SYBASE to roll out the SUP solution to Travel & Logistics, Utilities and Financial Services.
