Procurement
Procurement programmes have delivered significant savings, but there is a critical gap between the benefits achieved and the expectations of senior management. They believe that procurement has under-delivered, and that it has the greatest potential for delivering further savings - savings significantly greater than those already achieved.
To close this delivery gap, the very barriers that have prevented procurement delivering to its full potential must be overcome. This requires a new multi-faceted, company-wide and company endorsed approach.
