An integral part of HCL AXON’s Business Transformation methodology is developing a fact based and achievable financial and non financial Benefits case which maps back into those outcomes; tracking and reporting the impact of design decisions on the achievement of the benefits; and working with clients to take the practical actions required to deliver the Benefits.

Each of our clients has a unique benefit case that is specific to their particular circumstances. However such is our confidence in our ability to identify and enable improved business performance that we will work with select clients and put a proportion of our fees at risk against target benefits cases.
