Enterprise Asset Management
HCL AXON is recognized as the preferred partner go to partner for complex, large scale asset management solutions. We have delivered full lifecycle EAM solutions for the public sector and have deployed fully integrated EAM solutions encompassing mobile asset management, GPRS and GIS technologies.
Supply Chain Management/Procurement

Customer Relationship Management
HCL AXON pioneered the use of ERP solutions in customer call centre environments, developing a packaged contact centre solution that was designed specifically to meet the required levels of transactional processing within high volume, scripted inbound and outbound call centre environments. Today HCL AXON has implemented multi-channel solutions in over 47 call centres, supporting 4,000+ call centre agents, eCommerce, eService and IVR applications. Our clients have reported improved call centre capacity, reduced call handling times and reduced call centre costs.
Human Capital Management
HCL AXON has built one of the strongest global HR implementation capabilities. We cover all of the core HCM components and extend into re-engineering HR functions and the implementation of solution-enabled HR shared services. We have particular expertise in the design and deployment of web-enabled HR self service solutions and have developed a library of solutions which significantly extend the power of the standard packages. For examples we delivered the most comprehensive implementation of shift planning to support operational crew management and duty based payroll. Our implementations have been shown to directly reduce HR administration costs and to lead to improved workforce deployment patterns, increasing organisational capacity while reducing payroll costs.
