The Forrester Wave™: SAP Services

SUNNYVALE, CA/Noida, May 19, 2011 – HCL AXON, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Technologies and global pioneer in leveraging leading technologies to drive value realization, today announced that the company was cited as a leader in the April 2011 Forrester Research, Inc. report The Forrester Wave™: SAP Services Providers, Q2 2011. HCL AXON was among a group of nineteen vendors that Forrester evaluated on 65 criteria based on current offerings, strategy and market presence.

According to the Forrester report, “HCL has long had a focus on operational and low-cost services in the SAP space. However, its 2008 acquisition of Axon makes it a compelling option for the full life cycle of implementation services starting with upfront strategy and transformational consulting through to the technical implementation and ongoing support. Key areas of industry focus include utilities, public sector, aerospace, and travel and logistics.”

HCL AXON was also rated a 5 out of 5 in the Forrester report for overall client satisfaction. “Certainly one of the most telling statistics of a successful customer relationship the customer satisfaction score. We believe we consistently score high in this area because we bring highly qualified consultants, we keep our commitments, and we deliver real business results to our customers,” said Steve Cardell, President of HCL AXON.

“We feel that to be deemed a leader in Forrester’s SAP Service Providers research is a significant achievement for the AXON team, we are especially proud of our positioning in the leaders category,” Steve continued. “In the mature and rapidly evolving SAP market, we are changing the dynamics of service delivery through outcome-based contracts, and are fully committed to transparent and mutually beneficial relationships with our customers."
